H & H Lawyers에 합류하기 전, 니콜라스 변호사는 시드니에 위치한 Westpac 그룹 컴플라이언스 팀에서 Senior Manager로 근무하며 정책, 인허가, 지배구조 관련 다양한 프로젝트를 이끌었습니다. 또한, 뉴질랜드 금융시장감독청(Financial Markets Authority, 호주의 APRA와 유사)의 자본시장팀과, 뉴질랜드 국세청(Inland Revenue Department, 호주의 ATO와 유사)의 세금 추징팀에서도 근무한 경력이 있습니다. 니콜라스 변호사는 오클랜드 대학교에서 법학사 및 상경학사(회계) 학위를 취득하였습니다. 호주 뉴사우스웨일스주 및 뉴질랜드의 변호사 자격증을 보유하고 있으며, 이전에는 호주공인회계사(CPA) 로 활동한바 있습니다.

Nick brings over 13 years of financial services compliance expertise, having most recently served as Senior Manager Compliance – Licensing at Westpac Bank. His dual qualification as both a lawyer and accountant provides our clients with exceptional regulatory insights across AFSL, ACL and ADI frameworks.
