We are pleased to announce that Dr Jenny Buchan has joined H & H Lawyers as Senior Advisor.
Jenny is a distinguished expert in franchise and commercial law, notably the first female accredited as a small business specialist by the Law Institute of Victoria. She brings extensive credentials as Professor Emeritus at UNSW and has conducted significant research across Australia, France and the USA. Her expertise was recognised through her appointment to the ACCC's Franchising Consultative Committee from 2010~2018.
Jenny's specialisation encompasses franchise law, business transactions, due diligence and dispute resolution, bringing both academic excellence and practical experience to our clients.
