チョン弁護士は、主に製薬、ヘルスケアなどの分野で15年以上の経験を持つ。海外およびオーストラリア国内において製薬、医療機器、バイオテクノロジー企業等に対して、治療薬に関する規制及び、商業的な問題についてアドバイスを行ってきた。法務と生物医学の知識を生かし、治療薬に関する法律や、薬剤給付規制、臨床試験契約、リスク管理、プライバシー保護、商業契約、広告・プロモーション、企業統治などの分野で、実務的かつ戦略的なアドバイスを提供してきた。。 弁護士としてのキャリアをスタートさせる以前に、神経科学の博士号（PhD）を取得し、グローバルな製薬および医療機器企業での勤務経験がある。医療と法律の両方に精通している強みを活かし、ヘルスケア業界特有の課題に対して実践的で柔軟な解決策を提供している。
