Coming from a wealth of experience gained at law firms across the Tasman, Erica specialises in dispute resolution and commercial litigation for a wide range of claims arising in corporations law including shareholder and partnership disputes, breaches of the Australian Consumer Law, misleading and deceptive conduct and commercial tenancies.
She has represented clients in the Supreme Court, County Court, Federal Circuit Court and Magistrates Court in Victoria.
Erica also has experience in employment matters including employment contracts, Fair Work Ombudsman and Fair Work Commission disputes, wills and estates, commercial lease agreements and property settlements.
