Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws, both from the University of Auckland. She was admitted to practice in New Zealand in 2007, then in NSW in 2010.
Coming from a wealth of experience gained at law firms across the Tasman, Erica specialises in dispute resolution and commercial litigation for a wide range of claims arising in corporations law including shareholder and partnership disputes, breaches of the Australian Consumer Law, misleading and deceptive conduct and commercial tenancies. She has represented clients in the Supreme Court, County Court and Magistrates Court in Victoria.
Erica also has experience in employment matters including employment contracts and Fair Work Ombudsman and Fair Work Commission disputes, wills and estates, commercial lease agreements and property settlements.
Erica is fluent in English and Korean.
