Dai was born in Niigata, Japan. After graduating from his high school in Niigata, Dai came to Sydney to study commerce and business management. Prior to joining the legal profession, Dai was working in the hotel and restaurant industry as a professional service person, restaurant manager and sommelier. As a part of his hotel/restaurant management training, he had a number of occasions to learn about employment and industry relations laws, in which he has a keen interest. Subsequently, Dai decided to develop his knowledge of law and obtained his law degree from University of New South Wales. Dai first started working at H & H Lawyers in 2013, and he currently works in the areas of employment law, consumer law, commercial lease and any matters related to the hospitality industry. Dai also practices estate law and family law. Dai is fluent in English and Japanese.

Daisuke Ueda joins H & H Lawyers

H & H Lawyers welcomes Daisuke Ueda. During his previous career in the restaurant industry as a professional service person, restaurant manager and sommelier, Daisuke developed a keen interest in employment and industry relations law. He subsequently decided to develop his knowledge of law and obtained his law degree from University of New South Wales. Since his joining in 2013 as a paralegal, Dai has been a great asset to our firm. Dai currently works in the areas of employment law, consumer law, commercial lease and family law.
