We are pleased to announce that Ian Hutchinson has joined our firm as a Senior Consultant.
Having been a Chairman and a Senior Partner of one of the Australia’s largest law firms, Freehills (now Herbert Smith Freehills), Ian has extensive experience in multiple areas of corporate law. Additionally, for over 20 years he has served as a non-executive director on the boards of some reputable ASX-listed and private companies. These companies span a broad range of industries and services, including investment banking, financial services, insurance, mining and energy, real estate, transportation & infrastructure, hospitability, and health. As a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Ian is actively involved in training, mentoring, and hosting seminars for company directors.
We expect Ian to draw on his experience as a long-standing leader and adviser in the legal and corporate fields to challenge us to become a better firm, and we look forward to the direction and insight he will bring to our practice.
